Version 2

I’m a Ph.D. candidate in the Weed and Invasive Plant Ecology and Management group at Montana State University. My current research focuses on understanding the effects of integrated management strategies on Bromus tectorum (cheatgrass, downy brome)  in both crop and rangelands. Recently, I’ve utilized Pyrenophora semeniperda, a soil-borne fungal pathogen that can attack B. tectorum seeds, in conjunction with herbicides, nitrogen additions, and perennial grass seeding. I am also excited to say that I’ve accepted a post doc position in the Environmental Science Program at Trinity College, in Hartford, CT starting Fall 2016.
